Hi, I am James Taylor, the founder of Taylor Estate Management.
I started Taylor Estate Management because I saw a real need for a property management service that truly cares about the people involved—not just the properties. After years of seeing how stressful and complex property management can be, I wanted to create a company that makes the process simple, transparent, and worry-free.

With a passion for real estate and a dedication to helping others, I have been working in the property industry for over 10 years. Over the years, I’ve learned what it takes to successfully manage properties while keeping both Owners/landlords and tenants happy. I take pride in providing personalised, professional service that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, playing lots of sports, golfing, tennis, walking, renovating properties, etc. My goal is to bring that same care and dedication into how I manage each and every property and build upon the relationships I have solidified during my time working in the property business.

I have been privileged to work alongside some fantastic tradespeople, housekeepers and customers over the years whilst running a successful holiday let operation consisting of numerous properties around the country.
