- All organised and completed in between guests with professional gas safe engineers.
Fire regulations
- Fire regulations kept upto date
- Weekly Fire alarm checks completed and recorded
- All fire safety action plans completed and upto date
Chimney sweeps
- All chimney sweeps organised in between bookings/guests and other flexibilities
Linen provided & maintained
- All linen provided and maintained so you do not have to worry about any bedding issues or extra sets needed etc
Decorating
- Decorating organised when required for the property - Custom negotiable fees to be liaised.
- Patching up painting & decorating completed once a set standard has been achieved - Custom rate
Carpet cleaning
- The organisation and implementation of carpet cleaning along with any upholstery items such as chairs and rugs cleaned every 6 months
